Re: ruby
Personally for me, that much crystal is too much on Sarah Huges, I would go with something like 6kg grist, 87% Mild Malt, 10% Crystal, 3% Chocolate, 24 IBU 90 min addition and a dry hop.

Re: ruby
I did the GW Sarah Hughes ruby mild:
5100g MO
900g crystal
33g Fuggles 90 min
20g Goldings 90 min
19g Fuggles 10 min
WY1318
34 IBU
OG 1058
FG 1015
Note that the amount of hops was adjusted to the AA% of the ones I had.

I stumbled across your recipe on this forum dated I think somewhere back in 2012. I would attach my Beersmith recipe but .bsmx and .html files are not allowed so I don't know how to easily show you.

Re: ruby
The easiest way would probably be a print screen, they chop it in paint. Then upload.
I don't know if I actually uploaded any recipes here, I'm gonna go check lol

There has to be an easier way of sharing recipes. See if this works for you.Kyle_T wrote:The easiest way would probably be a print screen, they chop it in paint. Then upload.

Re: ruby
That's a little bit different haha. I might have to dig out the original recipe and brew it again.

4.5kg pilsner
1.0 MO
300g crystal
300g wheat
300g cara
100g black
30g challenger 60 mins
20g " 15 "
30g " 5 "
20 " FO
