I'm currently staying in Boston MA sampling some nice American beers, and seeking out draft craft beers. I have found a nice place to eat and they have Henniker on tap, ones a porter which is really nice but the Hop Slinger India Pale Ale is a really great beer, I can't quite believe the hop profile! I would say it's the best beer I've had here so far....So you probably know what question is coming next... Do any of you home brewers in the US know what's in this brew? I've really got to brew it when I get home... would be greatly appreciated?
Cheers

Re: Henniker Hop Slinger India Pale Ale
Yes good point... It was labeled up as a craft beer so didn't think to google!
Now I can see the hops, what would be a good a good "base" for an American IPA and what white labs yeast would you use?... I've not brewed any American IPAs before so ideas for the malts/adjuncts would be welcome.
Cheers
