Does the calculator on here use imperial, american or metric measurements. I dont want to waste my free trial reinventing the wheel so to speak.

Depends what you set you're measurement scale to be.
You do have a choice in the configuration.
Fermenter(s): Lambic, Wheat beer, Amrillo/Cascade Beer
Cornys: Hobgoblin clone, Four Shades Stout, Wheat Beer, Amarillo/Cascade Ale, Apple Wine, Cider, Damson Wine, Ginger Beer
