What next......

Post by Bunglebrewsbeer » Thu Apr 07, 2016 3:30 pm

Right I've just looked at the hops I've currently sat in the freezer to use up. I have the following:
110g Pacific Jade
30g Simcoe Pellets. ( thinking dry hop )
80g Centennial
75g Chinook
100g Citra
50g Simcoe leaf
85g Cascade
58g Amarillo

Want to make volume to fill a corny to give it its first go. Any thoughts on recipes with those hops.

Well if you both approve. Then it may well be a goer!! Will dry hop it a bit to with what's left of either I reckon.

Save your 10 minute hops for that. Dry hopping is much more effective for aroma, or save the steep hops for it if you want more hop flavour.

I'll still have some bits left of done so will just lob whatever is left in to dry hop with.
