Hoppy Irish ale malt pale

Post by Hanglow » Fri Sep 16, 2016 1:46 pm

Brewed this twelve days ago, bottled today. The dryhops hadn't dropped #-o so some got into the bottling bucket/bottles. Meh, it tasted great. Can recommend those hops. Priming sugar is included in the recipe . I used the irish ale malt from get-er brewed

Looks good. I got those Styrian hops to use. Was thinking about what to brew with them. Nice drop of Tomahawk there too.

I've been impressed with all the slovenian hops . I'd actually buy them next time :)

Had a few of these last night. Really rather good. Fairly cloudy still, bloody us05 :)

edit 21/10/16 - Still banging, it's still hoppy enough to be a modern IPA. It's probably better now then it was a couple of weeks ago
