Hi guys.
Loving tonka beans in milk stouts but wondering how you would incorporate the ingredient into the brew. Mash? Boil? Ferment?.... And quantity? Anyone dabbled?
Thanks

You'll get them on eBay.
I believe the FDA have banned them in the US.

Re: tonka beans
Just another try at this... Does anyone have any idea about tonka beans. I have 50g ot them, 100g cocoa nibs and 150g toasted coconut. Thinking about throwing it all in the fermenter after a week and racking off after another week. (Milk stout). Any thoughts? TIA
