Hello brewmates from a sunny Portugal!! This september, I was brewing three batches to restore my beer stoks, that went almost to zero in the summer (Portuguese big family and thirsty friends are the reason)!! So far I brewed a raspberry saison for my missus (was sucess during summer, had to brew another one), a golden ale for the shitty lager drinkers that start to enjoy homebrew and a brown porter for the cold nights, that are coming. In October i wanna brew an IPA for my missus full of citra, mosaic and galaxy hops that she is begging since a while, but tomorrow i will brew something for me, for my palate. Will be a rye IPA. stopped doing hoppy beers, because the last ones didnt ended up how i wanted, so i cameback to basics, and i feel confindent to brew another!! i will not be to heavy on the IBUs this time.
here's the recipe:

Re: Rye IPA
It's going to be difficult to taste the rye with only 6%. I suggest closer to 20%.
I'm just here for the beer.
Re: Rye IPA
