I can't be bothered to type it out but here's my chicken scratch notes if you can make them out. I have no idea why it's come out sideways either.
One thing to note is that I have a grainfather so sparging amounts could differ on a different setup.
Oh and I kept it at 18°c for 3 days then ramped it by 1°c every 12 hours up to 30°c. I also racked to secondary after 2 weeks onto a packet of champagne yeast.

Re: Rhubarb beer
Well I had an absolute ton of rhubarb and read it can be hard to get the flavour to shine through in a saison. I didn't really fancy adding it to the mash and definitely didn't want to add it to the boil because it would clog up the pump in the grainfather.
So with all of the above in mind, I decided to sparge with rhubarb infused water. I boiled 3kg fresh rhubarb and let it cool to a bit lower than 75°c and sparged with the pulpy water.
Also, the golden syrup and honey were just because they were sitting in the cupboard doing nothing. Pretty sure candi sugar would be a better choice.
It's worked out well and tastes fantastic. Sorry for the long winded response.

Re: Rhubarb beer
Anyone had a go at either of these yet? I intended on aging some of my saison but it's proving difficult not to sup them all.
