I can't find my record sheet for this brew 
It was as Tubby's recipe apart from I had no flaked rice and used 4Kg Pale. I had no Perle and used Hallertauer. The brew was quite hazy but I did forget the protofloc
I will brew this again soon, it has great potential but I will up the hops a bit.
