That was just a stove top brew in an 11L pot, mashed, boiled and fermented in it, then siphoned into bottles. For when I can't be bothered to get the Klarstein out or just want to try something out. I'll have to scale that recipe up to 19L and brew it again, simple but nice

Looks like a nice beer Clarets7 Did you use a bit of both yeast packets?

Yes, probably overpitched though as I had half a packet of each left from a previous brew a few weeks before. I have to nip out and get some yeasts now. 

. This Notts/Windsor 50/50 idea appeals.
Amazes me how long it takes some yeasts to get started when others are away in less that 2 hours.
