I don't have a lot of time left before the temperature in my cellar starts to rise so I'm going to get one more lager in while it's still in the low 50s (10-12 c).

I brewed this today with a couple of modifications: 1 lb (.45 kg) of dme instead of the honey and got an O G of 1.062 and 52 IBUs.
I'm using a pack of the lager yeast and a pack of Muntons at 60f (15-16c).
I'm just here for the beer.
