How did it go?

I brewed a Gratzer today, currently chilling off before I pitch the yeast. Probably going to be a late one as its taking an hour per degree

It ended up 3.3 gallons at 1.044 which would have been the 1.050 planned if I'd sparged a bit less. The hydrometer sample was delicious.

Unfortunate, but then you'll probably still hit 4.5% ish. A more sessionable pint if nothing else :)

Not a big deal. Sometimes I hit my volume on the nose sometimes not. Other than cleaning and sanitizing I'm pretty laid back.
