Excellent, glad you like it. You have to watch it though. I can lead to talking absolute drivel on line.

Phil, what psi do you normally serve your Hefe at ?
I've tried 25psi dispensed via a 50cm beer line with a picnic tap on the end and it's a great way to get a pint of foam.....
Drop the psi or increase the beer line length ??

Andy,
I serve at 25psi at about 4C. I use 5 feet of beer line, probably 3/8". I get a pint o foam unless I open the tap fully. You have to commit to pouring to get it right

.
I've been on the IPA onight and it's just great but I'm about to hit the hefe as it's proving so popular
Mr.C. I'm so glad you are enjoying it. I love the stuff so much uit is a permanent feature in my fridge.

There are a few pages online (can't remember where right now) that describe balancing the psi against the temperature against the length of the beer line. Well worth looking for in my opinion.
I went with 5feet because it works with most styles of beer and at most pressures.
Anyway Andy, you know where I am and you're always welcome to come and drink my beer if yours doesn't work out

Well even with 5+ feet of tubing I still get a pint of foam at 25psi.
So I'm now at 10psi and all is well.
This stuff is lovely
