Apparently it's a well made beer up until it leaves the conditioning vessels where all sorts of adulterations are then visited upon it!
If it's brewed as we would do it at home you'll end up with a very good ale! I do like the strisslespalt hops and I do recall having a few grand cru that was extremely well presented!
