I'd go for one early bitterness addition then save the rest for late hops - you get about 15% utilisation for 15mins compared with about 25-27% for 60mins so you will still get plenty of bitterness from later additions.
I'd work out about 30IBUs at 90mins then give it hefty amounts at 15mins and 0mins if it was my beer, but its up to you how hoppy you want it

Thanks mate.

Ive chosen to go for 50g at 90 mins, 20g at 15 mins and 30g at 0 mins which uses up my 100g.

Its my first try at an APA so ill see how this one goes then maybe get some more and change the amounts next time.

Just been having a look through the recipe again using beer smith. Now up until now ive never counted 15 min hops in my bittering units but they do seem to count so ive altered my plan again now to keep with in the right bittering profile for an APA.

The boil is almost an hour in and my final recipe is

5kg Pearl Pale
250g Crystal
200g Torrified Wheat

50g Cascade 7.6% 90mins
10g Cascade 7.6% 15mins
40g Cascade 7.6% 0mins

Ill allow the flame out hops to steep for a good half hour and ill hopefully end up with a nice bitter and hoppy beer which comes in at just under 45 bittering units which is the top end of the scale for an APA according to Beersmith.
