I'm sure it will turn out awesome. I've got a spare afternoon tomorrow so gonna brew up the Saltaire brewery Goldings ale as per my earlier post. Gonna give it a go with Nottingham this time as the WLP005 is still in the process of being split into 12 as per Horden Hillbilly's website :D
