Got a single-hopped Amarillo simple pale ale fermenting at the moment - Smells awesome. Total grapefruitiness.... =P~

- quite easily the most potent smell i've had from hops in an FV. Not used Cents yet, but always a fan of good ol' cascades....

Local brewery has released a summer ale and it is Amarillo hopped. Really like it and would like to go for it in my APA for defs... However, it's not an American hop. Does that mean I can't call it an APA?
