This looks a good brew must try it when a FV is empty looks like. Seymour has come up trumps again

2nd attempt at this,last years had an off flavour,which l’ve come to the conclusion is whenever l use WLP 002. Recipe as above,but without the black malt. WYeast 1469. Not sure why it’s that murky. I don’t fine and it’s a bit cold in the garage (1C) so it may be a bit of chill haze. Either way,it’s bloody lovely,even if l haven’t had the real thing for years!
