I agree that's gonna be a tasty session A-IPA, but to emulate Founders All Day IPA, you'll want more unmalted non-barley grains in there.

No matter what though, you're gonna brew a good hoppy beer. Cheers!

My mash tun is only 5 us gallon so can't really get much more in ha ha

Just brewed this. What a nightmare. Stuck mash and sticky kitchen. Think I've saved it though. Target OG was 1057 and got 1044 which is understandable given the improvisation! In the FV now so will report back in a couple of weeks

Dry hop gone in today. Gravity dropped to 1009! Smells so good, taste is a little malty but massive hop flavour, gonna keg this one and drink it young I think

Just having a sneaky taste of this... It's absolutely incredible!! It tastes like Adnams Ghosthip ha ha, complete fluke like! Still quite hazy as you can see. This one is in a PB which is a fist for me but when I pour it it's just complete froth? Think I'm gonna put the bottling stick on so it's kind of like a hand pump
