Hmmm...I'd say you have some active yeast going there. If you really want to see some action try using WLP300 sometime. It always blows the top off the fermenter and I have quite a bit more head space in my set up than you do. :D
Drinking:Saison (in bottles), Belgian Dubbel (in bottles), Oud Bruin (in bottles), Olde Ale (in bottles),
Abbey Triple (in bottles), Munich Helles, Best Bitter (TT Landlord clone), English IPA
Conditioning: Traditional bock bier, CAP
Fermenting: Munich Dunkel
Next up: Bitter (London Pride like), ESB
So many beers to make, so little time (and cold storage space)

no yeast in this yet it had just been dumped out of the boiler prior yeast
which was 19 gram 05 rehydrated :=P

It's a good thing that you are not using Wyeast 1007. That strain produces a massive head.
