Hmmm...I'd say you have some active yeast going there. If you really want to see some action try using WLP300 sometime. It always blows the top off the fermenter and I have quite a bit more head space in my set up than you do.

Drinking:Saison (in bottles), Belgian Dubbel (in bottles), Oud Bruin (in bottles), Olde Ale (in bottles),
Abbey Triple (in bottles), Munich Helles, Best Bitter (TT Landlord clone), English IPA
Conditioning: Traditional bock bier, CAP
Fermenting: Munich Dunkel
Next up: Bitter (London Pride like), ESB
