I brewed this and it turned out great-

Milk Stout recipe

Pale - 60%
Choc 10%
Torrefied wheat 12%
Black 3%
Crystal 6%
Lactose 9%

Chinook 20g at 90
Same again on flameout

Yeast - Thames Valley 1275 Wyeast

Add the lactose 5 mins before flameout

This was a 23 litre batch. Mashed at 67c
OG 1060
FG 1024
(remember the lactose will not ferment)
