+ 1 for the Chocolate Malt and higher IBUs. Porters are typically in the 30-35 region.

I go for more Brown malt (15-35%) and a dash of Black malt for colour (0-5%). You can make a nice dark copper porter with ~25% Brown malt and pretty much no Black patent. I also aimed at old fashioned 45-65 IBU.
