My recipe is on here somewhere, basically its BYORAAH with a little tweak at the end in terms of hops.

I've managed to succumb to only one bottle so far (its meant to be for christmas) and its actually pretty close

Didn't spot I was a year out of date, no matter, were you pleased with it?

I'm drinking the Dave Lines' version now, at first it tasted too 'roasty' but its mellowed into a really nice drink but it was a long way short of the 6% stated in the book, nearer to 4%
