this is a good recipe though, made itr myself before christmas and its tasting nice! :D

It's not dark in the grand scheme of things, but B&T is positively lagerous in the colour scale. :D

I've not come across that term before Froths. Its was bottled and primed with 80g of sugar (boiled on some water to make a syru etc). The recipe I used was with 500g of torrefied wheat, this was supposed to aid the head retention. It seems to have worked.

I doesn't quite have the depth of aroma of the real thing but you can tell it is fromt he same family. :)

mixed gass, is a blend of co2 and nitrogen used to give big pillowy heads on beer. You can get mixes that range from the full on Guiness head down to less creamy textures.

In my opinion , its nasty stuff it gives a very artificial mouthfeel and hinders aroma from escaping.

I think I can safely say that I didn't use that. 8)
