Right I have brewed this twice now.
The first time with wild ferment temps resulting in high FG, secondly with low mash temp and too much liquor resulting in thinner body and lower alcohol than desired.
Each time though it's been really yummy. OK it's not been to plan but this second lower alcohol batch is great to drink as a 4.4% thirst quencher. Sometimes paler beers I have of around the same ABV feel like they dry you out after a couple, but the depth of flavour doesn't do that in this.

Think I need this one for chrimbo now, so next weekend I'll get it right. IMO it's a very drinkable brew, and really tasty. It's one I will brew again.
