What liquid yeast do ppl suggest using for this?

I have wyeast 1028, 1084, 1187, 1275 and 1469 in the fridge.

DAAB,

I'd like to brew this recipe, but I don't have enough information on the hops. What were the alpha acid levels for your hops? What is the IBU's on this recipe? Also, when you say crystal malt what level do you mean --20L, 40L, 80L?
