This was my closest attempt yet, Northern Brewer is just what I had you could use Magnum as it's what they use.... also those 1 min hops are added at the end of the boil and steeped for 20 minutes before cooling. Ferment fairly cool.

Hmm... could this be my first AG brew?
Although I'll most likely reduce the batch to a 19 or 23l brewlength...
I was going to order soem Magnum when I place my first (large-ish) grain order...
Upto now its been small amounts of speciality malts to go into extract brews...Could I use centennial instead of the cascade at 10 mins - so I have the full 70g of cascade at 0mins? ( I have a full 100g of Centenial and only 70g of cascade..)

Oh sorry that is 23L brew length, It got chopped off for some reason.
26L is the boil size assuming 10% ish evaporation

Yeah of course, it will be subtly different but not in a bad way. Centennial is a very similar hop.
