Stout
I know this is resurrecting an old post, but I just wanted to say that your set-up is great Mashman!
I can't wait to move into my new house and set up the brewery (after about a 9 month absence due to DIY, moving job, house etc
). I like the idea of an all stainless brewery. What do these SS pots usually go for.
BTW, great looking recipe PoP - I may have to give that a go as I too am rather partial to a Stout.

BlightyBrewer, I bought my 50 litre stainless steel pot of ebay just like this one.

Ms Wino seems to like her beers a bit more complex and malty so I'm going to bookmark this and brew after the summer ready for a nice crimbo tipple. Looks like a top recipe POP
And mashman, I covet that shiny setup

PoP i was thinking of having a bash at your stout maybe this weekend, i was wondering do you think it could accomadate any 'real chocolate' in the mix.
I was thinking of about 200g of a twinnings choc mix, dark chocolate, cocoa and coffee (4 %), v. nice
, boiled up and then cooled before adding a a tiny amont of vanilla extract (say a tablespoon to bring really out the chocloate flavour) thrown into the fermentor after the initial vigorous ferment has ended.
Whats yout thoughts PoP should i leave well enough alone or will a stout as robust as this take a little tinkering??

Personally I think that there are enough things in the stout so wouldn't want to add anything extra. Of course, at the end of the day it is all about what you want.
This is a rather complex beer already so I think that you would need a lot of extra flavour to be able to detect.
Best to leave alone....
