what can i do with this lot

I have this lot

250g of flaked maize
250g of torrefied wheat
400g crystal malt
25g fuggles hops
85g of goldings
and one 1.5kg Tom Caxton can kit of lager

i would like to make some think with as much of this as i can any help would be tops ...

PARTIAL MASH maybe? :wall :stun

You will need a diastatic malt to digest the other grains. A kit is very unlikely to do this unless it has been made with EDME or similar. Stick with the golden syrup or perhaps just some spray malt for a little more flavour and body. :D

If you want to do a partial mash, get a tin of EDME to go with the rest of it. ;)

You have a full mash setup, so ditch the kit. Buy some pale malt, use only half the amount of each of the other grains and you should have a decent brew.

20L batch
OG 1.040
36 IBU

Ingredients:
3kg Pale Malt
125g Flaked Maize
125g Torrefied Wheat
200g Crystal Malt
25g Fuggles hops
85g Goldings hops

Hop schedule:
40g Goldings 60 min
25g Fuggles 30 min
25g Goldings 1 min
20g Goldings Dry Hop
