I am brewing the above this weekend. Recipe from http://forum.northernbrewer.com/viewtop ... c&start=15

Here is my 20L version in metric.

20L batch @ ~73% efficiency
OG 1.047
FG 1.011
IBU 36
SRM 8.6
ABV 4.8%

Malts
------
3kg Golden Promise
600g Munich malt
300g Vienna malt
175g Crystal Malt
80g Torrified Wheat
50g Special B

Hops
------
25g Challenger (7.5%AA) 60 mins
13g Challenger (7.5% AA) 20 mins
13g Challenger (7.5% AA) 10 mins
25g Challenger (7.5% AA) 0 mins

Mash
------
@ ~67C for 70 mins.

Yeast

Quite an interesting and complex grain bill. I am quite excited about this brew. I'll let you know how it turns out.
