Today's IPA

Here's an IPA I made up. I'm an hour into the mash, I think I might go for the 2 hour mash as recommended by Mr DaaB! I'm aiming for a nice pale, bitter, dry, strong IPA B)

daab - saw a link on here the other day about overnight mashing. Seriously considering giving it a go on the next one ( a 6 hr mash..). My brew day could be over by 9:30 / 10am. Could do it on a work day

Nah, didn't notice any difference with the half hour extra. In fact my efficiency was pretty low unfortunately, but obviously that wasn't the mash's fault.
