partial mash recipes

I've got chance to go to shop on Saturday and want to do a partial mash. I've already got 1.5kg of pale malt extract. Can anyone suggest a recipe for a bitter, about 4.5% ish

I would bump up the extract to about 2.5kg - 3kg (use amber/medium, not more pale)

Steep 500g of CaraPils, add extract, throw in 2oz goldings for 60 min

Something very basic but still tastes great (I've just finished off a barrel on Wednesday)

OG 1.052
FG 1.013
IBU 47
ABV 5.0 %
SRM 7

Specifics
Boil Volume 3 gallons
Batch Size 5 gallons
Yeast 75% AA

Thanx for the recipes, both of them are similar so I'll get the ingredients tomorrow, as i've said before I don't have much energy due to illness so the easier the better. One day I would like to do a full mash, but I don't want to get too tired to drink the stuff
