I may try and ween myself off Dave Line BBLTYB and try my own recipe based on the ingredients of one of my favourite session beers, Gem OG 1041, brewed within wafting distance.
The brewery will give me some of their yeast and have given me the ingredients but not the specific quantities. Assuming i can get all the gear from my HBS then I was thinking something along the lines of:

Marris Otter Pale malt 3.25kg
Wheat malt 150g
Amber malt 150g
Chocolate Malt 50g
Goldings 70g + 10g

Any suggestions on the wheat / amber / chocolate quantities :huh: ( especially chocolate as you dont notice it in the beer )
