Hello All
Can someone please post the link for the original Stryrian stunner or one that's been tried and tested?

Thanks Jaycee

Jaycee, these are my suggestions for you to consider or throw into Room 101. My version of a Styrian Stunner is made up of 4000g of MO and 250g of wheat malt. At start of boil I put in 70g of Styrians(3.7%AA) and after end of boil when cooled to 80c put in 110g of Styrians to steep for an hour. Because I'm getting low on Styrians I've just started using Challenger or Target for bittering/copper hops and just saving the Styrians for steeping. Why not save the Progress hops for the Mitchell's recipes in BYOBRAAH and use the Fuggles, say 50g for bittering at start of boil and put all the Styrians in to steep at 80c for aroma?
I like hoppy beers, if you do give it a go

Jaycee, sorry I can't give you a link to click on, but if you scroll down in the Recipes section to "JBK Prizewinning Recipe Sticky" ,there is a Styrian Stunner recipe.

PS the quantities I posted were for a 25l brew.
