Carolines Fine Ale

With the nice weather i am thinking of doing a Carolines Fine Ale don't know what vertion you guys have but my book has a select a strength table with different gravities all just Pale Malt base & Golding's hops.Anyway going to go with GW's Pale Ale water treatment but want to add something for head retention but only have T/Wheat or Flaked Barley.How about 5 % flaked barley haven't really used flaked Barley before in a Pale beer.But thinking keeping it at 5 % it shouldn't cause much haze but give hood head retention. ( any thoughts welcome)
