When people buy you stuff ..

A friend bought me some hops recently on a whim so I thought I'd try them out .. This is going to be Tuesday's effort .. :

Pale 4250g
Crystal 250g

Willamette 4.4% 68g 90mins
Mount Hood 4% 15g 15mins

SO4

IBUs 35
OG 1049
Target ABV 4.5%

Any thoughts from anyone that has used these before .. I read that Willamette is a good Fuggle replacement ..
