Has anyone made a brew using Challenger and or Northdown hops that is quick to taste good?
I'm going away for a week on the 2nd of August and want to take a brew with me. I was thinking of a bluebird but don't know how long it would need to be good to go.
If I brew tomorrow, that gives it a week in the primary, then two and a half before drinking...
If I condition it in a fridge, will it mature faster?
