60% Maris Otter, 40% Pilsner Malt. Hopped with Amarillo and Centennial.
Safale-05. Total IBU's 40. O.G. 1.048. Should go well with smoked Yellow Tail. I have high hopes for this beer.

Sorry, didn't take any. I will take some when I serve it. Hopefully my days of "ropey" fermentations are over.

Love your avatar, Whorst. The same thing happened to me with a Crocodile in an aquarium. Very nearly went home minus the underwear...

Actually, that's a good idea for a thread... :-k

Thanks.

Were you wearing a crocodile on your head?

 no, just lowering my head to water-line and trying to stare the bad-boy out.
What do crocs eat, anyway? Maybe a stupid question but we don't get that many over here and if you believe the James Bond movies it would appear to be just raw chicken and rubbish secret-service agents... ;)

So you're from South London, eh? I used to live in Chiswick about 10 years ago. Living in England is what really [censored] me up. I was born in the wrong country I think. Loved drinking along the river, Shopping Sainsbury's Classic Ale Collection, etc, etc. Have you ever had chips in pita with chili and garlic sauce? Man, I used to love that! Can be explosive after a night out on the beer though. Vindaloo or Phal can also be destructive to your bowels.

Got charged (well the fence did) by a tiger at the Zoo once, never seen 50 people empty from an area so fast. I dont think you could actually help yourself, something very basic kicks in when you've got something very big with teeth launching at you...
