Ive got some time off next week and i intend to knock up a couple of brews.
at the mo i have old speck hen and bishops tipple im drinking. these two are very similar though and id like to get a mix on the bar to give a different taste.
maturing i have styrian stunner.
What would the local experts here recommend are a coupel of nice paler ales to have a pop at.
Dispite it p*ssing it down here id like to make a coupel of nice summery brews, not heavy and leathal as the 2 im supping right now.
** forgot to say i have pale malt, 200gms of goldings, Crystal and Chocolate Malt in at the mo. Would like to use the goldings up.
