Wobbly Bob

I had a pint of Wobbly Bob at the weekend. Was the best pint all night whilst crawling round the back street pubs in Liverpool.
Think its well hopped with fuggles. Cant find a recipe on net for it. So was wondering if anyone on here has tried it or had a go at making it.
