Hop advice please

I`m doing a Guinness clone Saturday and was wondering what hops I should use for a 60 min boil
my choices (all pellets in stock)

1.5oz Target 8%
2oz Challenger 6.3%
.5oz Challenger 7%
1oz EKG 4.8%
1oz Columbus 12%
1oz Fuggle 4.3%
2oz Northern Brewer 9%

Should I mix and match or stick to 1 kind
I`m looking for about 40/45 IBU, do you think I should increase/decrease

I'd go with the Northern Brewer myself.

The recipe I have calls for 60% Challenger and 40% Target.
