Hi im getting ready for my 1st all grain brew over christmas. ive got most of the stuff i need. all i need now is a cooler and a recipe. does anyone have the recipe for Everards Tiger

This is what the real ale almanac says about Tiger,
Maris otter and Crystal (88%), torrefied wheat and wheat syrup, 26 units of colour. Challenger and Fuggles for bitterness, Goldings for aroma; hop pellets; dry hopped. 26 units of bitterness.
Put this into a software program and see what it comes up with. I would use whole hops though and I'd research what wheat syrup is before using it.
Their website gives some info too, which is worth a look. Also you could email the head brewer and ask he/ she might give you the recipe.
