Using up stocks

I tend to make a trip up to the LHBS every few months with enough brews planned out to cater for 3 brews or so. After a while I find I have a few bits here and there left over. I'm going to bung them all in to make a last brew before my next trip. Is there any alarm bells ringing over the following recipe?

It comes out at est. 1041 OG, 3.9% ABV, 28 IBUs for 23L

I've got no clue what type of beer it will make, maybe a slightly darker standard bitter?

3000.00 gm Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (3.0 SRM) Grain 73.40 %
319.00 gm Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 7.81 %
306.00 gm Lager Malt (2.0 SRM) Grain 7.49 %
135.00 gm Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) Grain 3.30 %
125.00 gm Wheat, Torrified (1.7 SRM) Grain 3.06 %
20.00 gm Hallertauer [2.10 %] (90 min) Hops 4.6 IBU
20.00 gm Goldings [5.00 %] (90 min) Hops 10.9 IBU
26.00 gm Fuggles [4.40 %] (90 min) Hops 12.5 IBU
20.00 gm Hallertauer [2.10 %] (0 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops -
202.00 gm Dememera Sugar (2.0 SRM) Sugar 4.94 %

Nottingham Yeast
