What about a Hobgoblin type/dark ale brew. I've had a rake and I found this which incorporates quite a bit of your ingredients.

You will need a little bit more pale malt, but you're bound to be buying some more anyway.

For the 15min addition of 40g of Styrians use your Fuggles instead, they are quite simlilar, you could even chuck your 50g of Goldings in at flameout for a good aroma.

Use your Nottingham yeast, mash at 66/67C for a malty, full bodied drink.

The last brew i did was a hobgoblin. i just kegged it yesterday. it smelt and tasted wonderful. cant wait till its aged :) what other brews could i do. not too fussed about using the chocolate malt. this time i would like somthing fairly hoppy. and not too dark. about 4% would be good. dosnt have to be a 23 ltr brew if there isnt enough pail malt

You've got enough hops there for 3 or 4 batches, but only enough grain for one batch plus the kit.

I suggest you make the kit up with an appropriate amount of the beer kit enhancer.

Then I would be inclined to use the pale, carapils and half the crystal to make a 4 gallon batch (depending how strong you want it and on your efficiency) of Ordinary Bitter. Add 20 to 30 IBUs of hops. I'm not on my usual PC atm so I can't use Promash to check the numbers but I may get back to Promash later, depending how my re-format goes.....
