From the information on the label i have decided to make this on Friday as i dont fancy working! 8)
The percentages are from the label. I have got 50g as 1 percent so:

80% Maris Otter 4000g
10% Torrified Wheat 500g
7% Vienna Malt 350g
3% Crystal Malt 150g

O.G. 1.046

It sais First Gold for bittering and Goldings for aroma:

Northern Brewer (Aint got First Gold in) 40g - 60 mins
Goldings 40g - 15 mins

I.B.U. 48.summat - Is this too much? :roll:

Ahhh, the wife at work... and a brew on the go....
