I've been wanting to do a Russian Imperial Stout for a long time but have never quite got round to it. I've decided it's time to go for it, so, what do you think of this recipe.

Also, what would be the best yeast. I was thinking of using dry for simplicity and would probably go either S-33 or US-05. I think S-33 would attenuate better - the only question is whether I want a less attenuated beer for a sweeter flavour. Anyone got good/bad experiences with yeasts for RIS's?
