Stout recepie help ?

I need to get a brew done tomorrow sharpish.

Only problem I have no caramalt or crystal.

I do have 500g terrefyed wheat, marris otter lots of, 500g flaked maze, 1kg flaked barley, 1 kg chocolate malt.

Goldings, fuggles, sazz, promis, northdown, and some other hops generally full packs of all...


Panic over I have some roast barley ! but found that I can do a Gail Porter will have to skip the black malt though I will up swap that for 200grams of roast barley see how it tastes.
