Good results from a simple recipe

3.34 kg crushed pale (Maris Otter)
250 gm crushed crystal
120 gm wheat malt

28 gms Fuggles
34 gms Target

10 gms Fuggles last 15 minutes

S-04 yeast

1039 if you can get 90% extraction. Good balance between the malts and the hops.
