Favourite hop pairings

Using a basic grain bill
95% pale malt
5% crystal malt

i have been using EKG and fuggles in different combos with good results

whats everyones favourite hop pairings, and what comercial beers are similar with these hop bills.

i am looking to experiment a little

Cascade and Amarillo go together well, with Simcoe if you can get some.

I like this one too + styrians as late hops.

Challenger and Cascade worked well for me too.

As did Northdown and Stryian

Fuggles and Goldings for me in my darker bitters. I pair them for both the bittering and flavouring hops with excellent results. It's amazing how different results can be achieved by subtle shifts in the balance between the two.

For my golden ale I bitter with Fuggles then flavour with Styrians.

For me its cascade and just about anything.... and judging by the vacuum packs of cascade in the local HB shop thats what a lot of people think.
Once you have used them your hooked.
