This is similar to another recipe i posted on the old forum but the flavoring is different. here goes

For 25l (80% eff ish)

2899g Optic pale
2520g malted wheat
280g jumbo porrage oats

16.8l mash water (no treatment apart from 1/2 campdon for chlorine removal)
sparge at 80C to collect 28l

hops
26g goldings (5.8%) 90mins
17g saaz (unknown acid) 90mins
15g sazz 15mins
6g irish moss 15mins
19g lemon rind 15mins
80g fresh chopped ginger 15mins
1/2/ shot of yeast aid.

OG=1047
fg 1012

yeast=youngs lager
mash at 68C

kept about 3-4 inches of water above the grain and there was np with runoff speed/stuck mash like there was last time. still hit 80% eff ish

been in the bottle just a week now (brewed it on 2/9/6 bottled 10/9/6)) and its great.
well worth trying

Nah 8)
was fermented 20-22C
whatever the temp was in my brewing cuboard (the cuboard under the stairs)
i reckon there are bigger fish to fry than worry about the ferment temp too much
